Domestic shipments can take 2 to 10 business days to be received, and you can watch the progress through a tracking number that is sent to your email. Once a package leaves our office, it's in the hands of the postal service. Neither New Covenant Worship nor the Postal Service can be responsible for packages stolen at the delivery point. For full protection, you may want to consider adding signature confirmation or contact us to add additional insurance to your order. The cost for insurance is very low, normally between $1 to $3. All the garments here are new. They are samples or garments that were ordered and not picked up. The price will be 30% or 40% off their original price. We still have some of these fabrics and can make more for your group but those would be at regular prices.
