Most of our products are made by us and it will take a little time to fill orders, please allow us that time. If you are ordering and need your items in less than two weeks, you MUST contact us by email or phone before placing order. Express Shipping Charges may need to be added to your shopping cart. We may not have everything in stock and we don't want you to be disappointed.
Returns
Any items may be exchanged or refunded within 15 days upon approval that are not special order or custom order. Items returned/exchanged must be in original packaging and unworn/unused. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees that may apply for return/exchange, shipping is non-refundable when returning items (some exclusions may apply).

Any garments, flags, streamers, tassels, billows and non dance ribbons that are custom designed at customers request are non-refundable, (no exceptions).
Sample Garments
Any request for sample garments will require a $25.00 non-refundable fee which will be due before garment is made. Fee may be applied to garment if purchased.
